Amoxicillin (trihydrate) 100 mg.

Cattle (preruminant calves).

Treatment of infections caused by microorganisms sensitive to amoxicillin in calves:

• Digestive infections caused by Salmonella spp. and E. coli.
• Respiratory infections caused by Manheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida.
• Urogenital infections caused by Arcanobacterium pyogenes.
• Infections of the skin and soft tissues caused by Fusobacterium necrophorum.

Administration in drinking water.

Dosage: 5-10 mg of amoxicillin / kg b.w. (equivalent to 0.5-1.0 g of medicine/10 kg b.w.) 2 times a day.

It is recommended not to extend the treatment more than 5-7 days. If there is no improvement in the first 48 hours, reconsider the diagnosis.

Water consumption depends on the clinical situation of the animal and the time of year. To ensure a correct dosage, the concentration of amoxicillin in the water will be adjusted taking into account the daily consumption.

Meat: 15 days.
